As Bright As The Sun

In Northern Song of China, Magistrate Bao Zheng refuses to execute a girl who kills a man. Instead, he renamed her Zhao, “bright as the sun,” and puts her to work. Under him, she learns how justice is twisted to protect the powerful and punish the innocent, and what it costs to see that clearly.
